Generators of classical W-algebras
Given a simple Lie algebra g, the corresponding classical W-algebra W(g) can be defined as a commutative algebra equipped with a lambda-bracket in the context of Poisson vertex algebras. We produce explicit generators of the classical W-algebras and show that their images under a Chevalley-type isomorphism coincide with the elements defined via the corresponding Miura transformations.
