Global solutions of nonlinear stochastic Schrödinger equations

Abstract

We present existence and uniqueness theorems for the nonlinear stochastic Schrödinger equation on ${ℝ}^n$ and on compact manifolds. In particular we explain the Strichartz estimates and spectrally localized estimates needed for the proofs and the role of $L_p$ spectral multiplier theorems play in this context.
