Title: The linear system package of Magma

Abstract:
In this talk I will explain my work on the Linear System package of Magma. I will 
highlight the main optimizations and demonstrate their impact through practical 
algebraic geometry examples, in particular the computation of singular algebraic 
curves and surfaces.
