A pathwise regularization by noise phenomenon for the
evolutionary -Laplace equation
Abstract:
We study an evolutionary -Laplace problem whose potential
is subject to a translation in time. Provided the trajectory along which
the potential is translated admits a sufficiently regular local time, we
establish existence of solutions to the problem for singular potentials
for which a priori bounds in classical approaches break down, thereby
establishing a pathwise regularization by noise phenomena for this
non-linear problem.
Chair: Daniel Hauer (University of Sydney, Australia)
More information and how to attend this talk can be found at the
seminar webpage .
For colleagues at the University of Sydney, this talk will be given in person at The Quadrangle, Seminar Room S204 (Oriental).
Furthermore, we will also take Jörn out for lunch. Everyone is invited to join us, and we will meet at 12pm on level 2 in front of the Carslaw building.
