Non-isospectral scattering problems: some fruitful applications
Wednesday 15th, June 14:05-14:55pm,
Carslaw Building Room 373.
We discuss various applications of non-isospectral scattering
problems of a certain form in 2+1 dimensions. It is found that
they are extremely useful in solving a range of interesting
problems. We exploit their link with linear problems for ODEs,
and their use in the construction of hierarchies of equations.
