Enrollment Procedure

Honours Students

Please contact your honours supervisor for the enrollment procedure for your University. Cross Institutional enrollment is not required for honours students, and will be arranged by the honours coordinators.

Third Year Students

The cross-institutional enrollment process varies between each University. The nGAME team will attempt to streamline the enrollment process over the coming months to make the process easier for students.

Until that time, students will have to enroll for Access Grid courses using their own University's cross-institutional enrollment process. By following the correct procedure, students will ensure that the course taken at the host University will contribute the appropriate credit points towards their degree. Please check the links below for both your University and the host University, as some institutions require a form for both outgoing and incoming students.

Attention all Macquarie Students - the current University policy states that students can only receive credit points for concurrent studies at the 100 or 200 level. This means that Macquarie students who wish to study 300 or honours level subjects via the Access Grid are not eligible for credit points at this time.
